Our approach
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This is a goal, not a claim that every page or third-party component is fully conformant. Accessibility is part of ongoing design, content, product, and quality review.
Measures we take
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, link text, and native controls where practical.
- Maintain visible keyboard focus, practical target sizes, strong contrast, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid relying on color alone to communicate state.
- Review important shopping paths with keyboard navigation, zoom, mobile layouts, and automated checks.
- Ask vendors and plugins to preserve accessible names, errors, status messages, and checkout behavior.
Known limitations
Some product mockups, third-party payment interfaces, embedded services, or newly synchronized catalog content may not yet meet every target. Product images can also contain stylized text that is difficult to read at some sizes. We review reported barriers and provide information or assistance in another reasonable format when we can.
