Include the order number, purchase email, and a short description. For damage, print, or delivery problems, attach clear photos.

Privacy or accessibility?
Use the subject Privacy Request or Accessibility Help so it reaches the right checklist instead of the general pile.
What to include
- Your name and the email used for the order.
- The order number, if the question involves a purchase.
- What happened and the outcome you are asking for.
- Clear photos for damaged, incorrect, or misprinted products.
Please do not email a full payment-card number, password, government ID, or other information we did not ask for. We reply as soon as reasonably possible; urgent order-change requests should say Urgent Order Change in the subject.
Before writing, the Help page, Shipping & Returns policy, and Policy Center may have the answer without requiring either of us to type the phrase “just circling back.”
